I need a good team!!!

I've been making teams and being owned with every single one. Here's what I'm thinking about for my next team. I have a tendency to use what I already own, but I'll see to this. Critisism/suggestions are welcome.

Staraptor(Fist Plate):

Luxray:
-Thunder
-Ice Fang
-Iron Tail
-Crunch

Torterra(Miracle Seed):
-Earthquake
-Rock Slide

-Brave Bird

Well, is this competitive, Wi-fi or shoddy?

First of all, Blast Burn on Infernape if horrible. Use Fire Blast. Infact. I think you should use a team on shoddy. Build, and I can help easy. Umbreon is horrible. Luxray is horrible as well. Giga Impact is horrible. Along with Hydro cannon. Solar beam and SHadow Claw are also bad on Infernape. Use Mix-Ape. Replace Torterra with Celebii. I suggest you get rid of the whole thing. Make something on Shoddy. If you STILL want Wi-Fi, then IV breed. Also, post EVS on your RMTS so raters can understand them and rate easier.

What's shoddy? I don't know what it is or how to use it.

Get rid of your habbit of using what you have...I always make a team by these rules: Okay I need 1 Lead, 1 Special Sweeper 1 Physical Sweeper, 1 Special Wall and 1 Physical wall...The last one is free of choice I usualy prefer a think or a wisher...Okay so now...hmmpf 1 lead think what you've seen so far or go on youtube and checkout a few battle...Pick 1 lead that you like and go google ''smogon Azelf'' for example...check out how to train him for what and then do the same for the rest... Cause currently your just going for brute force... Hope this might help a bit atleast.

Give staraptor Choice band and teach im these moves:
~ Brave Bird
~ Return / Double-Edge
~ Close Combat
~ U-turn / Pursuit / Quick Attack


Teach luxray ice fang (if u want.He is fine, just saying) and give him Choice band, too.

Get read of freenzy plant or rock slide and replace with wood hammer and give him leftovers.

(I have Empoleon, too)Give him Petaya Berry.Here are the best moveset for Empoleon:
~ Agility
~ Substitute
~ Surf
~ Ice Beam / Grass Knot
or

~ Surf / Hydro Pump
~ Ice Beam
~ Grass Knot
~ Agility

Give infernape Life orb.Teach him these moveset:
~ Nasty Plot
~ Fire Blast / Flamethrower
~ Close Combat / Vacuum Wave

~ Hidden Power Ice
or

Go with espeon.Give him Choice specs or Choice scarf and teach him:
~ Psychic
~ Hidden Power Fire / Hidden Power Ground
~ Baton Pass / Signal Beam
~ Trick

raquaza except for Empoleon I DISAGREE... Torterra is just bad with the moveset you'd give him...I mean you didnt even give him synthesis or leech seed and you kept hyper beam? and Why espeon? Wish Batton Pass Curse Umbreon is better without a doubt... SuperiorSwampert you can give this a go if you want to spend some time but I can promise no sucsses I suggest you do what I recommended and make a team from scratch

Get rid of staraptor and get a Tyranitar! and mabye a dragonite/flygon
