Ditto lvl 96 frenzy plant, hydro cannon, blast burn, fissure
flygon lvl 100 dig, crunch, stone edge, dragon edge
charzard lvl 100 fly, fire fang, flame thrower, sire spin
charzard lvl 100 focus blast, fire blast, flamethrower, burn blast
gallade lvl 100 focus blast, brick break, focus punch, close combat
and could you suggest a great 6th one

ur ditto is a hack, it only learns one move, transform and bascally ur team sucks from move choice.

I'll help you improve this. An excellent start by the way.
-Ditto can't learn any move other than Transform so this must be a hacked one. You can not use this battles, sorry.

-Nice moves on Flygon. Replace Dig for Earthquake. It has more power and unlike Dig it doesn't have to take one turn going underground.

-Nice set on Charizard.

-Oh My God another Charizard.
Sorry in standard battles we've something called Species Clause which means you can not use more than one Pokemon with the same Pokédex number. Charizard and Charizard are the same so you can not use two.
But if you're going to use this Charizard instead of the other one.. here's a moveset you can use...
get rid of either Fire Blast or Flamethrower and add Dragon Pulse in that spot.

-Use this moveset

~Close Combat
~Psycho Cut
~Shadow Sneak
~Earthquake

-For your sixth one use a water type.
