Overall, 6.5/10. On a technical basis, you do have somewhat good movesets and combinations. I'd suggest you use a good Grass-type, and get rid of those HM moves(besides Surf) for moves that cover weaknesses. You have a good start on that already, but finish it off. Use HM slaves for your HMs. On a logical basis, it's pretty good, but what's with the Lv 100's? A better question I should ask is "what is this team supposed to be used for?". That will affect my rating and critisism a little bit either way.

It's okay u have too many sweepers u need some pokemon with attacks that help u fight like status inflicting moves like toxic and hypnosis. Also vary with your move set types like give empoleon flash cannon and ice beam. Try to have a variety of moves
