Floatzel is the main sweeper on a Rain Dance team btw not rare especially due to Drizzeltoad it should be on there

Floatzel isn't used in ubers. Kingdra, gorebyss, kabutops are way better.

so, Kingdra is the fastest?

Swift swim kingdra after a DD outruns anything notable.
