Generation 4 Tiers: Ubers

Hey guys, I've seen it asked a few times so I'm going to be putting up each Tier list here and keep it up-to-date with current standards.
Ubers are listed here because they are considered too powerful to be competing against other pokemon. The main reasons for being banished up to the Uber tier are Stats, powerful Movepools, or overpowered abilities (Wobbuffet, for example). Note that while Shaymin-S is Uber, regular form Shaymin is not.
