the future of pokemon.

do you think pokemon is ever going to become literally a virtual reality? i mean i play pokemon battle frontier and sometimes i just think to myself we're going further and further with technology every day. i just hope someday there comes a time where pokemon will be real and you can go all over the world and try and literally catch them all. i know its a little farfetched but do you ever think that sometime in the future pokemon will be real? please post your opinion.

Mmmmm sorry I'm sure this is never ever going to happen. Maybe talking Pokemon dolls but that's it.

yes that was a pokemon joke hahaha. and its not really that unrealistic if we think about it. our world is advancing everyday and as soon as somebody finds the right technology (considering now everything is becoming digital) i think there can be a possibility. at the least maybe a way that you can extract your pokemon from the game itself and use it in battle. sort of like a life size hologram of you pokemon. similar to battle frontier you know?

I don't think anything like that would ever happen. Something like that would cost nintendo a lot of money and time that they could spend otherwise.

The only future of pokemon i want to see is one where farfetch'd evolves

it might cost nintendo alot of money but they have the amount of cash to do it and they would make a huge profit. its possible.

maybe in the future, there will be amazing virtual reality where everyone is connected to the internet and can challenge anyone, anywhere

I doubt it would, but the franchise would earn a ton of money if this happened.

its a serious possibility. all we need to do is keep searching for new answers in technology.

Maybe something will happen where Nintendo comes out with a system, that sucks you into it, kind of like the movie Tron where the guy gets sucked into the computer? And then everything will seem totally lifelike and you have to beat the game to get out or something? Doubt it would ever happen, but THAT WOULD BE SO COOL!
