A Future Co-Op Pokemon Game?

Do you think a standard D/P like Pokemon RPG could make a good future Co-Op handheld Pokemon game? The way I'm imagining it, you could use your pal pad to play through the whole game via wifi with a friends avatar. Every battle you would do would be a double battle and would offer double the experience so if you decided to literally play through the whole game co-op, your pokemon could get the same amount of experience as in a solo playthrough. As far as I know, Nintendo has no plans to release a Pokemon Game like this, but what do you guys think? Also, I know there are many problems with this idea, but it's just an interesting thought.

nah i woudnt like this it woudnt be the same and if you wanted to do co-op all the way through then ytou got to be on at same time and its abbit long

hmmm it would be cool maybe if like you had people following you like brock and dawn or something like that hmmm i dunno

Well you would have to have a buddy to ALWAYS play with, it would be anooying to wanting to play but having nobody to continue your story with
