Turtwig, Chimchar, Piplup? Who did you choose? I choose Turtwig for Diamond, Chimchar for Plat.

i prefer piplup its cute but turtwig last evolution is the best

Turtwig FTW! Though Piplup is cute, Turtwig is better, and Torterra Rules! And personally I don't like Chimchar that much.

Turtwig! Ofc, hes god damn epic.. even so I hes not as good as bulbasaur x(

Chimchar. Infernape with Close Combat can kill and Empoleon in one hit. Infernape's fast and powerful. Torterra's nice too, since it's a tank, but I like Infernape better.

Cyndaquil from gen 2 wins tho...and ofcourse Pikachu from poke yellow <3

I chose chimchar because i love fire type pokemon!

My starter is Piplup.

Chimchar! i chose him because hes cool

Chimchar is way cooler because when he evolves twice he can learn Blast Burn.

I chose Piplup.

I chose chimchar because like all the other games the game is easier when you pick the fire starter.

I chose chimchar cuz he pwns both of them and infernape can learn grass type moves and poison type mives

i did choose turtwig but then my plat and diamond got stolen

I didn't like the Sinjoh starters as much as I liked ones from passed generations, but out of the three listed I like Turtwig the most. Piplup is impractical since it evoles into the steel type Empoleon, which isn't resistant to fire, and one of the main points of having a water type pokemon is resisting fire. Chimchar reminded me too much of Torchic as they both evolve into a fighting fire type, so Turtwig is the most practical and original of the three.

I chose Turtwig in Diamond AND Platinum.
