yeah same with michi master i love all the fire types i also like most of the grass starters except for turtwig he wasn't that good i like squrtle mudkip and piplup other than that fire starters in my opion make the gameplay a lot easier

Either Bulbasaur or Charmander for me.
The originals, and they are the only ones I would use in the games.

I've got to say that after all this time, I still have a huge soft spot for charmander. I do really love totodile, though, because I use it with water, ice, dark, and dragon moves and that rocks...

I like torchic a lot, because I think blaziken can be a pretty strong pokemon when well trained. So yeah, I would say it's my favourite starter, but my point of view may not be fair, because I always use fire types to begin... i think they are more powerful

my favorite starter of all time is chikorita!!!

Cyndaquil, my all time starter favorite, followed by chikorita.

Squirtle, he was my first choice, I gotta pick him over the others, but Totodile is adorable and amazing

chikorita's the cutest of them all,too bad its main-game movepool is limited.Squirtle was my very first starter and water types are usually awesome and Cyndaquil,i don't need to point out what makes it awesome,do i? Piplup is also pretty cool,i like the evolution line

My favorites were Treecko but my most favorite is Chimchar

Cynderquil. It evolves into Typhlosion which looks awesome!
