Best Tier Pokemon

alright guys what do you guys think is the best NFE, NU, UU, BL, OU, and Uber pokemon in the game

I say UU/NU are the best cuz most of the pokemon i use are from there

I think the best NFE is CHANSEY

i tihnk the best NFE is dusclops because chansey is UU

oh yeah chansey is UU but if night's theory is right shouldnt dusclops too? he believes that chansey and scyther are uu because they used to be the final evolution but so did dusclops

haunter is also a NFE with shadow ball stab

What are NFE, NU, UU, BL, OU, and Uber pokemon?Really i`m not trying to spam.I know only uber.

NFE: not fully evolved
NU: never used, pokemons that are rarely seen because they are not that good or unpopular
UU: Under used, Pokémon that are not commonplace in a competitive environment due to more hindering flaws. They are generally lacking in some part.
BL: Border Line, they are too strong for UU play but not enough for OU battles.
OU: Standard, they are the Pokémons that are most often seen.

Id say UU is pritty nice

In OU I think Breloom if it can get a boost in spd froma baton passer......But by its delf I would have to say
SCYZOR is really gd OU pokemon

I think the best NFE is a FEAR rattata.

NFE: It's not even really a tier in my opinion. I don't know.. Togetic? *shrug*
NU: Vespiquen. With Roost to take her Flying weakness down, she's a beast of a tank. Generally low powered NU pokemon can't hurt her after some Defend Orders.
UU: Kabutops or Spiritomb, probably, depending on your team setup.
OU: Celebi is pretty amazing, but this is OU. Every pokemon in this tier is good. That's why it's in OU.
Ubers: You can't beat a Mewtwo. Unbelievable speed, insane special attack. This guy has been destroying full teams since Gen. 1
