how often do you exercise?

I exercise about an hour a day, but I need to do more.

That's not bad, atleast you stay active and get your blood flowing everyday for atleast 60 minutes

Not nearly enough, but sometimes I'll go for a jog or do some crunches. I'm going roller skating this weekend though so if I can get into it again it may become my recreational exercise more often.

I also play soccer every friday for about 3-4 hours, but that's more of a hobby

Hardly ever. I used to play DDR every day and do other various exercises (involving my own body weight + little dumbbels), and I lost about 50 lbs that way, but... I've gained it all back (and then some). =/

I've been seriously considering getting back into the habit of exercise again, but I'm just so exhausted and drained after sitting in the same class for 3 1/2 hours four days out of the week that I just want to relax. Sigh.

I really need to get back into the habit. I had a good little system over the working year in which I'd do a standard gym workout as well as a fair sized run afterwards. Lately the most I've gotten around to is a run every now and again.

If I exercised, I'd wither away. @_@;

So, I don't unless I'm out for walks, which is pretty often.

Not often enough. I go to the pool 3-4 times a week, but I'll be going back to the gym in addition to the swimming soon. It's not like I don't have time to

i start my morning out at 6 a.m sunday-wednesday morning going to weight traing then i have time on my hands and usually i go to the gym around 12 on the week days then every day i have a baseball practice or game at 4 30 or 6

Umm...I'm 11. I drink around 4 glasses of milk a day, 20 Push-Ups, an hour of Wii Sports and 1-2 HRS of soccer. I'm still anerexic (don't know why) but my appetite is....Big. xD

You probably eat well, and it seems you do enough for your age.

Wait until you're old enough and your metabolism changes...You won't be anorexic then.

Well now that is is holidays for me and i dont got nothing planned until i come to washington dc i go on my nintendo wii fit everyday for atleast an hour. Its really good and keep the weight down

Every time i go to my weight lifting class at school.

i do sit ups pushups on comercials when i watch tv.

I have to work out every day, playing varsity basketball and all that good stuff.

I'm the definition of exercise/fitness freak. Walk at least two miles a day, run up and down stairs for roughly an hour, and pretty much live off of Special K, turkey/chicken, vegetables, and fruit.

I play basketball go i go for run every day alease 4km and go to the gym ever day after school Yea im fitness freak lol i got to be in top form

im in varsity football for my high school so its really tough, i have to work out like three times as hard. (wow i cant belive that this old topic is popular)

I work out at least 5 hours a day.

I excersise for 45 mins 5 days of the week.

Never, outside of wrestling and lacrosse practice, that is.
