how often do you exercise?

i exercise twice a week, and i lift weights once a week(while siting down) because my bro tells me if your not fully grown and you pull weights you slow/dont grow and yea thts basiclly it

i do sit ups and push up and leg lifts every night

1 per month maybe but at school 2 hours per week

if i add up the time i exxercise a week it would turn out to be around 4 hours and i got a new bike for christmas so when the weather clears up ill go riding mey bike every day(EXcluding sat. and sun.) for 30 min. -1 hour so if i add that it would be 6 hours and 30 min.- 9 hours per week

I exercise everyday. Weather it's weight training for football, push ups and sit ups at home, or playing a good rough game of football with some friends. I always do exercise everyday.

I exercise 2hrs in a week at school, and do a little tretching before taking a bath.

I stay after shool in a Gym working out for an 1:30 min every school day and Weekends depends if i go to the park and play sports

now i added playing tennis with my bro everyday this spring break we have been going for 2 hours or more and its really fun

I do exercises every day.Lol.

i have one hour a day at school plus two hours 3 times a week in my fencing class

I ride my bike a lot. That counts.XD

I'm kind of a cross country freak, so I'll usually run a 3-5 miles a day. There's also a weight lifing routine I do to stay in complete shape for cross country.

i exersie every day just by school and on weekends i play baseball and ice hockey

every day i am a football profesional player

people shud excercise daily becuz wen u get old u suffer from lots of things becuz u never exercised

minimum 2 hour's a day every day, when I think about it, that adds up 14 hours for a week o.o

Thats alot.. Well, I do, Boxing, and exercices to improve my boxing everyday... That includes, Cardio, strenght, foot work(Ya know what they say, Dance like a butterfly sting like a bee)

and reflex training(Mitt's and sparring)

But lately it's been litle running, so my stamina is crap... *My leg is hurt* o.O

Will it ever healed! : (

I lift weights and run at my school. Gotta be in shape for football, eh?

i exercise my brain :3 does that count?

I play recreational basketball and tennis, and work out about 3 days per week
