Ilworth Manor Theft I

Strange going-on have been at Ilworth Manor. Several guests have been there for nearly a week, and their stay goes on for another week. But many are tempted to leave, after their possessions disappear strangely...

Will you catch the thief and bring an end to this? Or will you help him on his quest to steal the Ilworth Crown, a sparkling set of jewels, worth billions of dollars?

1 EXPLANATION

1a) The Objective
The object of the game is to find out who the thief is, then prove to the rest of the guests that they are the robber, voting as you go along.

1b) How Voting Works
When you have suspect someone, you may vote for them, boldening their name. If, at the end of a game day, a person has 10 votes or more, the person will leave the manor, disgusted by the others. If you get the thief, the first person to vote for the thief with evidence wins.

Whenever you vote in your post, please bold your vote and list who you are voting for:

EXAMPLE:

Vote: Chiraami

Of course, you can change your vote at any time. However, to change your vote, you must unvote (again, in bold), like so:

EXAMPLE:

Unvote: Chiraami
Vote: Someone else

Of course, you don’t have to immediately vote for someone right after unvoting, as you may be considering more evidence that has been found. It's your choice.

1c) Game Days
Game days last about 5 normal days, and in that time you may discuss on who the thief is, and try and work it out. Game Nights take about 2 real days. At no point in the Game Night should anyone post, or risk being smitten (modkilled) from this game. At the end of the night, I will post what was stolen, and what the clue from the thief is.

During the night, people with night roles will PM me their actions. These include the thief, of course, and his accomplices, and the Duke and Duchess of the Manor, to name a few.

2 THE MAIN RULES

2a) No posting in the night, unless you are declaring a vacation or will be unable to post for a week or more. Please give details.

2b) You CAN NOT talk to other people in the game through PMs, IMs,
email, etc. There are some roles that allow this, but on the whole, nobody should be doing this. If I am told that someone has broken this rule, it most likely will result in an automatic modkill, unless you are the robbers.

2c) Don’t edit your posts, as each post is a valuable bit of information for other people to try and work out your role. If you edit a post once, you will receive a public warning. After the second edit, a pack of wild Buffaron will trample on you, then Machokes will hurl you off a cliff, essentially modkilling you.

2d) Each person will have a unique role (some multiple roles), and revealing your role is a bad idea, as if it is an uncanny role, people may attempt to get rod of you so only the ones with good abilities remain. So try not to reveal your role, unless you deem it necessary. Do not quote your role from the PM exactly however. Adapt it to your own style, or you will be hurled to your death by modkilling.

2e) From when you have been modkilled or removed from the manor, you must not post. If you do, you shall be excluded from the next game of Manor Theft.

3 ROLES AND THIEVES

As I have said before, the game contains special roles for people. Details are below:

Thief: The main robber. He/She each night will steal something by PMing me, and when the Ilworth Crown is stolen he/she wins. They are able to leave clues for people to find, so for them to try and work out who they are. The aim for the robber is to lose with difficulty, giving the others a tough game. There will be one of these.

Bandits: These guests help the robber, and attempt to stop people thinking that the robber is the robber. They also suggest which item to take, and leave clues. There are two of these.

Guests: Have no special powers. 5 of these.

Duke: He may ask the servants who they think the robber is. He may then tell me what he thinks, and that person has two days before being removed from the manor to prove themselves innocent.

Duchess: Can do the same as the Duke.

Servants: A collective group. They will each receive a PM with bonus clues, then they will have to try to work out who the robber is like the guests. They may not tell guests the bonus clue.

Head Servant: Leads the normal servant, and PMs the Duke when he needs to tell him the servant's suspicions. He would win, if it is right.

4 MODKILLS

4a) I have mentioned modkilled. It means you are removed from the game by the moderator, Chiraami. If you are inactive, you are modkilled. If you break the rules, you are modkilled.

5 REMOVAL FROM THE GAME

If you are don't post. This will get you disclosed from the next game, and you will receive a very angry PM. This applies to modkills and when you've been voted out.
