Why does Empoleon know Rock smash, when cleary you can use something like Brick Break? Like what Calze6 said, we need more info on your team, not just the stats and moves.

Empoleon, You should replace it if you can with Milotic or Mantine. Empoleon isn't very strong when its at lv 100. Otherwise that that,Your team is great!

What is this for? Is it for the battle tower? You only have 3 pokemon......

I think the natures are FINE! But the moves:

Empoleon: Surf, ICE BEAM, FLASH CANNON, and GRASS KNOT.

Alakazam: Keep everything EXCEPT FOCUS BLAST. Try Signal Beam.

Weavile: I love it's nature! Anyway, go for Ice Punch, NIGHT SLASH, Brick Break, and Protect.
