I may not battle but still i need a good team for the battle frontier my people i have are always changing because i like to trade a lot but my current pokemon are:

salamance non shiny lv.100 atk 400 def 165 sp.atk232 sp.def178 speed285
moves: dragon dance ,dragon claw, fire fang, and earthquake/Lonely Nature
shuckle lv 100 shiny atk 50 def 614 sp.atk 45 sp.def 559 spd 42 hp 182
moves:toxic,protect,rest, and stealth rock/Impish Nature

Having a Better layout and some infromation is advised (Nature/Evs)

But I'll rate on what I'm given

If this is for the battle tower I think you have a well layed out team, but some moves that could be replaced... like you could have t-bolt over Focus Blast on Gengar

On topic: Squirt, Shadow ball and Focus Blast is resisted by nothing in OU so dont change that. I would suggest Fire Blast over fire fang on Salamence by the way, it takes down skarmory who otherwise walls Mence.
