Definitely Cars. I haven't seen many racing movies.

I can't remember the name, but it was a Formula 1 movie with Sylvester Stallone and Burt Reynolds. It's probably the only racing movie I could actually stand to watch more than once.

Can Smokey and the Bandit or Death Proof count as a racing movie? xD

If not, Death Race was pretty good.
