expert belt is useful cause its similiar to choice items but lets you use other moves

Well it depends on your pokemon. For example, I like Wise Glasses on my Froslass.

Life Orb for me.
it gives the biggest boost in attacking power except for choice items, but it doesn't limit you to one attack
