I can definitely give you the Milotic for them, do you maybe want an item attached to go with it? 3:1 doesn't seem fair... well, take your pick. I'll do the 3:1, you pick any one from my list.
Edit: If you can get a Forretress that would be amazing, I'd give you both and an item for the lot (negotiable)

I've been updating as I go along, and now offer a cloning service. I can only do it one Pokemon at a time, and all I ask in return is a clone for myself.

Hey Ichi, if you still need someone to change the moveset of a pokemon, I can do that, but I can't change the EVs.
