I have a Goon Scizor, and I do have a VGC Eevee, but I'd like to have it cloned before I trade one away.

Sasuke and Jolteon, I apologize at the inconvenience but as I stated, Jolteon is a PokePrize. I am not sure what it is EV'd in, but I trust the Pokecenter raised it correctly. My guess is that it'd be maxed in Sp. Atk and Spd, but that's just a hunch.
