Not soon, it hasnt even come out in japan, if your talking about the new one.

no you cant use the 10th aniv. the event will be out in us after it comes out in japan which is around july when tthe 13th movie comes out

I've gotten a few of the Celebiis over wi fi trade too, but most of them are just really well hacked and don't actually work for the in game event.
