Would it be best to use the substitute set 252 hp 80 sp att 176 sp
sub
leech seed
recov
psychic

or
some other defensive stat

ps I know I can't use it on most battles on this forum but I could on others

252 HP 252 Def

Recover
Hp(Fire) i know its pretty hard to get
