alright i am looking for a jolly jirachi, i need it either UT or EVD(preferred EVD but doesnt matter) with perfect ivs.
I'm looking for the gamestop jirachi one with the move Draco Meteor too.

The ivs i'm looking for jirachi are 31/31/31/X/31/31 NOTE: when i list the ivs they are in this order, hp/atk/def/sp.atk/sp.def/speed
ADDED: If jirachi can't get these ivs then im just loking for a jolly one.

I am looking for LEGIT pokemon, not pokeSAV'D, Action Replay or anything involving creating pokemon because the following pokemon i listed are all LEGIT.
