How many eggs?!

I find myself needing to make more and more eggs every time I breed for a particular nature!

I bred 26 happiny before finding myself with a bold one, and I'm near doubling that looking for a timid Eevee.

Am I the only one this crazy, or do any of you have record-breaking egg hatchings?

To get a timid Charmander I had to go through 156 eggs and then I gave up and traded my brother

It was... I'm pretty sure it took about a month and a half

5403 Eggs to get a shiny via masuda method.

Wow, mine was only 39 eggs to get a Shiny Houndour!

30 or 40 for a Jolly Scyther kept on getting Timid ><

It took me over 60 eggs to get a jolly gible. For some reason I got a lot of adamants.

Oh, wow. I would never do that.
I'd end up just going and catching a ditto of the nature in order to do the everstone trick.

I went through 5 jap dittos (from level 10 to level 100) before i got my first shiny eevee with a timid nature.
and then just yesterday i hatched a shiny squirtle with a rash nature after 6 eggs.
im really baffled by the whole 1/ 2000 (approx.) chance for masuda method

I've heard people tell me that it never worked for them - but I've heard many say that it works like a charm. You seem to have succeeded at least a couple of times - so why are you baffled?

i think my record for haytching eggs is 5 -6 boxes full of of houndours. i was lf a modest houndour with flash fire. so 150-180 eggs. lol.

Well to get A Scyter like

Jolly/Technitian/31 Atk/31 Spee

it took me me like 3 and a half boxs

It took me 40 or so eggs to get an adamant larvitar, and you know how long those take to hatch...

That's horrible. Are you okay? D: I recommend SRing for the starters for a desired nature. Honestly, it saves a lot more time for yourself (Unless, that is, you decide to have Magmortar and his Flame Body ability)

Eggs to hatch... In Soul Silver, last year, I had to hatch a Gible... For my then-desired Hasty Gible... It took only 16 eggs. I haven't hatched much in terms of desired nature as I take in almost any pokemon and EV train them to my liking. If I don't like a certain nature or how the stats came out, I usually trade it away to someone whom may want it.

I breeded Around 30-40 Absols and traded all of them.

i breeded 2 boxes 0f charmanders on my platinum and traded most of them to my friends for stuff and my brother breeded a full box of spiritombs which he also traded over gts for dumb things like legendarys that are never good

Lol, my record is 3 boxes of meditites just to get a jolly one. I'm lucky tho the steps it takes is only around 5000 something, but with magmortar 2000 something so it took me like a day to hatch everything.

It works for Feebas, too. The GTS is so silly.
It's so annoying to catch yourself that people will give away anything if you give it a little time. In about a week of having a feebas on the GTS, I got a Mew that looks very legit.

And now I just got the male medicham I needed for a feebas. Score.

I don't think i'd ever have the patience for it. I hatched like 26 magby to get a modest and almost went crazy.

Can you imagine doing all this and then messing up on EV training? Lol!

I actually almost did mess up! i forgot to double all his EVs for Pokerus! I got so scared.. but it was fixed..

I had to hatch 243 for a shiny Masuda Chimchar for my boyfriend. The Lucky jerk, I've never gotten myself a masuda and get totally bored and QUIT around 500 eggs. I generally am lazy with natures and just nab a ditto and put an everstone on it, soooo much quicker. I have 543 Cyndaquil in my Pokemon Ranch from a failed Masuda, and they are all just too darn cute to kill. lol

In my Pokemon Ranch you can see when I was breeding a Pokemon. Oh look 30 Dratini and 40 Beldum and etc.
