If you recognize that quote, you know exactly hat video game series I'm talking about and are probably laughing or crying as you remember that Voice Acting.

If you don't know the quote, the series is Resident Evil.

Who else has played this awesome series?
And what are your opinions on it?

I personally love the RE series.
The gameplay is always superb, the storylines are great, and the crappy Voice Acting has become a comedic staple of this series.

I recently beat RE4 and am restarting a pro run with the second special costume.
It'll be fun to watch the plagas try to pick up Ashley lol.
Especially the Nom nom plagas.

Oh man. Greatest video game intro ever, with equally amazing voice work!

Exactly.
And so no one else is confused, Ichimarunico is being sarcastic. I hope.
Just look up "Jill Sandwich riginal clip" on teh youtube and you'll see just how bad the voice acting is in that game.
RE1 was a great game, but the Voice Acting was....bad.
I just decided to make a unique title that would hopefully catch the eye of any RE fan.
I still don't understand why the blood had to be in front of a dang grandfather clock. That clock got on my nerves.

I love all the RE games. Started playing RE2 when I was younger and now I'm loving the 5th gold edition lol. It's so fun, and it's so much easier to control the characters than it was a while back. Anyone remember playing RE2 and getting scared when you saw a licker for the first time?

Yeah they were kind of scary. Resident Evil 4 for the GC was the best. Those darn zombies were always popping out, so I capped their heads off Smile. I remember El Gigante, and the time that you have to fight 3 in 1 room.

I honestly liked the Wii version better. I never played the GC version, but going past a 4th run on pro would be impossible with the rock.

As yes. El Gigante.
The only boss that wasn't disappointing.
Village Cheif was...kind of hard.
Fish was fun
Krauser was...jokingly easy IF you knew the trick. If not, he's probably the hardest boss.
Saddler. Oh Saddler...oooooooooooooh Saddler.
Such a disappointing final boss.
I honestly found it harder getting to the rocket in Seperate Ways than fighting Saddler.
I got to the rocket with 8 seconds to spare.
And that's while running from almost every Gerador.

Hey PC, you remember the Regenerators?
They're fuuuuuuuuuuuun. Especially the ones before the thermal scope -_-

I haven't played RE5 yet, but I did manage to wet myself in RE4. Something I'm proud and sad to admit.

RE4 wasn't too scary. Unless you shoot the water where the big fish pops up about 15 times.
If you want a scary game, try RE2. There are some rather scary parts.
RE3 has a few scary portions as well.
But if you want a truly scary game, try Clock tower.
At night
Alone
in the dark.
Heck, try it at anytime and it's pretty scary.

Oh my god. RE2, when that Licker bursts through the glass at you in the one-way mirror room in the police station. When that game came out I was 8 years old and I totally screamed in such a way to reflect that xD
Clock Tower was disturbing, as were the Silent Hill games.

Lol I remember that part.
But the part that scared me the most was when you're in a nice, quiet room and all of a sudden BAM! there's zombie arms coming through the window.
That scared the crap out of me.
The new games just aren't as scary IMO.
yeah the gerraddor looks scary, and fighting krauser without knowing the rather pathetic secret weapon can be scary in the fact that beating him and getting out can be a nail biter, but they just don't have the same shock value as the days of Jill and lil Leon and Ada.

Am I the only one here who remembers that in Resident Evil for the Nintendo64, the blood was green?

But, to be slightly more on topic, I love these games. I remember on my first play through of Resident Evil 4, being surrounded in the town, just hoping not to die. Then, all of the sudden, the church bell scene begins (I.E., The bells ring, everyone departs towards the source of the bells), I just said "Thank God." and didn't bother trying to figure out what was happening.
