Dawn. I'm sorry, but she's too awesome! And evolving her Piplup just wouldn't work. Dawn and Empoleon, doesn't work. I don't think it works. I don't think her Buneary's gonna evolve either. Now her Cyndaquil, yes. I like Dawn, she's very much like Ash.

1. The way she met Ash
2. The way she is always in a feisty mood, especially towards Ash
3. The way she always hits Brock when he goes all Goo-Goo-Gaa-Gaa over a girl!

I'd say May beacuse she actually HAS a starter and FULLY EVOLVES it. And for other reasons too, which there are many.
