Favorite Legendary Pokémon EVER

What is your most favorite legendary out of Gen I, II, III, and IV? Mine would have to be Mew, because it has always been one of my favorites then Lugia because aeroblast is an awesome move, and then Raikou because its electric

But I do like Mew (It can know ANY move.), Celebi (Grass and Psychic: my two favorite types!), Uxie (I LOVE DEFENSE!!!), Victini (I think it'll be AWESOME.), and Articuno (Same height as me AND it has the closest weight to me. It's also an Ice type!).

oh yeah, I forgot gen V. But in my opinion the genies are stupid. Theyre the same thing with different colors. and Uxire is AWESOME!
