the problem with dream world abilities is it makes some pokemon go into another tier when if they didn't have the dream world ability they would of stayed in their old tier.

How exactly are the DW abilities being handled this generation? As far as I know, they're in the game, but Nintendo hasn't actually released them yet. Is that remotely correct?

If so, then they won't have any effect on the metagame for the time being. Either way, I feel bad for Flygon, who got ripped off.

Some Pokemon do benefit and some don't. Chlorophyll Venusaur and Shadow Tag Shanderaa benefit the new abilities, but some Pokemon like Iron Fist Infernape and Oblivious Walrein won't. I like how they gave some Pokemon really good abilities, like Lightningrod Seaking since it now makes Seaking immune to electric attacks and increases the Sp. Atk.

PO allows all potential DW pokes for the time being. It may change, though.

l get on PO a lot and have avoided 5th Gen. for this reason, though l have fought many battles in 5th gen DW and have ran into many Weather teams, but l haven't ran into any SS teams just Rain Dance and Sunny Day teams (can we even call them that anymore with Drizzle and Drought?) I do have to say l love Shadow Tag Shandera and the new Grass starter (Jaroda?) and its DW ability ( I'm horrible with 5th gen names and Abilities btw) love Scarfed Leaf Storm!

Dreamworld is so cool.

How do I play it? Or get dreamworld pokes?

You can use the simulator pokemon online or play on BW and connect it with the computer.
