Vbulletin Donations

I'm making a VBulletin which gets tons more views, members, activity, and post. I'd be able to host it too unlike Forumotion being the host. Of course nothing like that comes free... I'd be able to pay some of it, but I'd need donations. If you'd be able to donate for sure post here how much you'd be able to donate. Past General Donations were used for advertising (Which is still in use). Let's try to raise a total of $300! All donations will help and you will still receive DOUBLE Poke Tokens!

It would seem a license is about $285 and yearly updates are about $40-$60. I will definitely look more into this. We're a pretty big forum now, but all the biggest forums are VBulletin. Also hosting it myself I would be able to use chat Integration. It auto connects your forum user-name to the chat. No spammers or impersonations. VBulletin is overall the best in every way!

I'm not seeing how changing your forum software is going to make any difference to your userbase. The chat integration is a nice feature, but I doubt you'll change and suddenly find you have twice the member count.

Have you considered a free alternative? I have a few friends who host a Simple Machines forum.

Trust me I've researched it for a while. Even some of the dumbest VBulletin owners get good activity. Simple Machines is nice, but VBulletin is still tops. Simple Machines also doesn't have some features that VBulletin has that I want.

I think I'll donate like $300 at Christmas time. Could you wait till then?
