How can my pokemon beaffected with Pokerus without using ar?

It's a really, really, REALLY hard thing to get. My female shiny legit Arodactyl got Pokerus today, so I'm spreading it.

i dont now but if you like i can give you a pokemon with pokerus with out ar and tell you how to spread

I know,
Say, You have 3 pokemon obtained from trade (Jigglypuff,Cleffa and Shaymin ) with Pokerus And you want your Arcues,Dragonite,Darkrai infected.
In your party you can arrange them right? So you put your Arceus at the top, Then your Jigglypuff then your Dragonite, Then your Cleffa then your Darkrai then finally shaymin.

So to cut it short. In between each pokemon that you want it infected put your Pokerus pokemon.
