Im creating this clanto be based off of ciphr the villans from the Game cube Pokemon Games!!!
Im needing some peeps who are inytrested in spreading chaos(Not For Real)!!!
To join the clan you must have a team basedoff one of the Big Wigs from Cipher!!!
Im gona doo Lovrina!!!
No choosing an admin somone else is using!!!
(Will sav Pokes for members if thry ned them!!)
MUST BE INTERESTED IN JOINING FOR REAL!!!
