Elite / Frontier Example

This is what your topic should look like. It shouldn't be boring...

Rules: Standard battle. Single lv 100 battle 6 on 6. No legends or ubers. If you use a legend or uber it's your fault, and you automatically lose. If you lose you can't rematch it for 1 week, but you can battle other Gyms so practice up. After the battle we will trade Pokemon to check if all is legit.
