I voted Charmander, and I'm quite frankly surprised he didn't get all the votes. Charmander was my second starter pokemon (I played Gen II before Gen I), and Charizard is the only part Flying- type starter.

heh even match, I do have a prized bulbasaur, in ss with full leaf crown, and very high stats, but Charmander is the coolest by far, especially in 3d where bulbasaur gets lumpy and warty.

Bulbasaur. It starts off already multi typed and venusaur is the most common UU. Sleep powder is also great.

I like Bulbasaur and Squirtle, but Charmander is my favorite.
