Fatal Frame Empty Primal Dialga

How hard was it to fight Primal Dialga for you in EoT, EoD, and EoS?

In Time and Darkness, it was hard to beat him with Turtwig, but in Sky, I beat him i 2 hits with Earthquake using Riolu.

My friend does and she says it about going around taking pictures of ghosts is that true???
