I don't know about teaching you.
I use Photoshop. I use downloaded custom brushes for the background.
I downloaded custom fonts for the text.

Guys, I'm sorry, but I'm not going to answer any more questions about how to get Photoshop, use Photoshop, or to make your own graphics in general. It isn't that difficult to Google tutorials and places to find brushes, fonts, etc. Any more questions of this nature will be interpreted as spam.
