Is there a capture glitch for soul silver?

I am stuck on Ho-oh so I was wandering if there was a capture glitch for soul silver?

Nope.

no glitch or
not discovered yet.

To catch ho-oh, try putting it to sleep and make it one one HP. Just depend on luck

But Ho-oh has safeguard I can't put him to sleep.

oh i forgot...use disable, or make it run out of pp. that what i did.

Not that I know of, but I wouldn't be surprised if someone figured it out.

It's called a master ball.

No known glitch is found but my best suggestion is to use Dusk Balls in the night or a Master Ball.
