recover.

yeah i know its not too great. :/, i just wnated a vgc 09 milotic and the guy said it was ev'd, it has an effort ribbon, so i was like sure, its level 80, but i have like 19 rare candies if you wanted me to do that

sorry, but no thank you, i was hoping for at least a higher attack stat, its max is in the mid 300's. makin your attack stat not so good, unless its not level 100
