Good UU Baton Passer?

Is there a good UU Baton passer? or BL? looking for something that could pass attack and speed.

Scyther, Gligar, and Blaziken are the only UU-viable Baton Passers that learn both +Atk and +Spd increasing moves, but if you're running both of those boosters you're probably going to die before you can pass them.

i know haha thats why i said for ou i use those two, and thats why i need some UU baton passers
