Personally, I think the most important PokeMon in a team (mine anyway) is the Wall. The bulk and support it provides, as well the an almost guaranteed switch (unless you deployed it incorrectly) makes it a gamebreaker if used correctly. So I'll put up one of the best walls in the game

There is not "perfect pokemon" because no pokemon can't (without hacks) hae perfect stats. But, I think your asking about the perfect pokemon for YOUR TEAM. For me...

I agree with this. My blissey is a great help to the rest of my team.

I believe you're looking for Spore ^_^
Leech Seed works too but a Breloom without Spore is like... well like Ditto without Transform.
