I Tried This Glitch Once, And It Worked. Might Not Work All Of The Time, But Most Of The Time. The Glitch:

When The Ball Is Thrown At The Pokemon, Press All The Buttons Crazily (Except for START and SELECT) When the Ball Lands On The Floor, Shake Your DS Crazily. It Worked For Me To Catch Lugia Very Happy
