Most surprising new thing(or old thing) in HG/SS

Lol, Hey misty ^^ watsup? XD XD XD Im shocked by the fact that koga is weaker as an elite than he was as a gym leader.

Koga's daughter is way better than him in terms of team and originality. (Well most of the E4 got random Pokemon slapped on.)

I thought that having the new pokemon catchable in the game was a little surprising but that gave it more things to do

When I did the Arceus event.. It flashed random images of our earth and everything while it was making the egg. That surprised me and is also considered the most epic moment in Pokemon history, in my book.

Mine was when I saw a new entrance at Cianwood I felt sick... And good memories when I battled Eusine.....

Wake is at teh celadon department store and at teh bridge by the safari zone

I was surprised at seeing how much the towns have evolved. Before I bought HG I played Crystal and the towns have dramatically changed.

Graphics were the only real thing that changed. Other then that, all the buildings are in the same place, everything is still regular. Wait till you see the changes in Pokemon Black & White.

Another note that l forgot about l dont like the new headbutt trees l like the other tress where there werent so many >< but l do lov the accual headbut system instead of honey

Yeah i thought the honey trees just took so long so when i get bored i just headbutt a tree lol

Why wouldn't you like the headbutt tree? They're incredibly convenient. A pokemon will always appear in the tree if it did one time, and it never will if it didn't once.

I'm just glad that they brought back pokemon following you around like pokemon yellow (even though you could only have pikachu with you).

Graphics and the birdges were new to me

the biggest surprises for me were the Pokemon being able to follow you, the
elite 4's Pokemon changed to accommodate to all the available Generations
after getting all 16 badges & being able to rematch all 16 Gym leaders in one
place is awesome!...also the rival (but not as exciting as I would have hoped).

I was really surprised that I liked the music in them. Usually I turn my game sound off and just sit around with my itunes on, but I've actually liked the music in the game and enjoyed a lot of the music, specifically places like Ecruteak and Lavender town is always a classic

Most suprising new thing was ho-ohs kick butt theme!!!

The greatest old thing in HG/SS.. I'm not sure if someone mentioned this.. but it's gotta be the GBA sounds. I don't usually listen to it, but if I do turn it on, it's so nostalgic.

Yeah, it's true. I turn it on once in a while when I go around the cities and when I want to rematch the Gym
Leaders, Elite 4, and Red. It's this way that it keeps the nostalgia on and from getting old.

i love how good the cities look i first saw new bark and i was hooked.
