Well There A New Event Coming Out For All Japanese Pokemon Games. This Event is To
Tie With The New Movie. You'll Get A Scizor Lv 50 In A Cherish Ball With X-Scissor,Agility,Sword Dance,Iron Defence
Its From June 18Th To July 14Th Of This Year.

And I don't think this particular Wi-fi event will be coming to the US. Such a shame.Edit: Yes, Rayquaza, it's only for Japanese versions of the DS games.

So if you have a Japanese game, you can get it and trade it onto your English game, so that's one possibility.
