I need some advice on my team!

I was going to use these Pokes for my OU team:
Milotic:Timid, Life Orb
Surf, Ice Beam, HP Grass, Hypnosis
Torterra:Adamant, Choice Band
Wood Hammer, Earthquake, Stone Edge, Crunch
Ninjask: Jolly, Leftovers
Substitute, Swords Dance, Baton Pass, X Scissor
Ursaring: Adamant, Leftovers, Guts (Ability)
Close Combat, Fire Punch, Earthquake, Crunch
Gengar: Timid, Life Orb
Protect, Shadow Ball, Focus Blast, HP Fire
Lucario: Adamant, Leftovers
Stone Edge, Earthquake, Extreme Speed, Close Combat
If you have any suggestions please post

Its a pretty well built team but take out protect on gengar and put energy ball that be much better

equip lucario with the quick claw and teach it extremespeed,and aura sphere,and keep earthquake and replace close combat with force palm. :Rball:

Gegar is good mine is hypnosis,shadow ball dreameater, an foucus blast with wide lens its not bad.

Put Facade on Ursaring for stab and guts and if u put a toxic orb on it it is beast! Boost atk a lot and gd power

Looks like a good team to me. I would just give Ursaring a toxic orb to activate the Guts ability.

why hypnosis and dream eater if u get their last poke trapped and asleep that would work I say go with psychic if u really want a psychic attack but I personally would rather have pain split thunderbold or energy ball
I run a gengar with pain split substitute focus blast and shadow ball
this is all my opinion it is not necessarily the best but that is what I like
