Rate the sig

Well we r going to rate our sigs this is how it works:

Rate the sig from someone above u
For example :My sig is a mudkip right? then the person who post ( SmileyFace333 for example ) rates mine with 1/10 , 8/10 or 10/10 or whatever and the someone who post next behind smileyface333 rates his .
