Double Status Roserade!

Roserade ( Rose)
(Leftovers)EV:252 Hp / 6 SpA / 252 Spe
Ability: Natural Cure
Nature: Timid
Moves:
~Leaf Storm
~Stun Spore
~Sleep Powder
~Hidden Power Fire
Beast in beauty! 306 can't be reached by many Pokémon allowing Roserade put whatever is out! Most likely your opponent will sacrifice a Pokémon to absorb the sleep then switch out to to the real counter, which will be paralyzed 75% of the time by using Stud Spore. -_- Even with 6 EV in special attack, Roserade's special attack reaches 287! Leaf Storm is there to give Roserade some offence. 140 power STAB attack from 287 is something to fear! Max HP allows Roserade to survive some common special attack! Max speed is needed to out speed or speed tie any Pokémon with a base stat of 90 or below! Hidden Power Fire is mainly for Scizor and other steel types. Over all double status has been one of the best combo in the history Pokémon competitive battling. This set can provide some decent support if used correctly!

this one i wouldnt go with due to there so commonly used attack flamethrower now on ahigh spatt pokemon like idk alakazam or gengar or hp fire or flying and bye bye roserade

Both of those pokemon dont get flamethrower, and if they do, its not used too often

Every Pokémon has a weakness, you can not just point out the weakness and say a set is worthless.

That's does mean it's useless.
Dragon types are seldom. We still use alternative dragons as well.

I'm sure NO dragon can set up TS or use a sleep move.
Grass and Poison types are knows for their non damaging moves.
Dragon types are powerful on the offensive side but with only one non damaging move
(Dragon Dance) Grass and Poison type out class them in every way when it comes to setting up the setting.

Dragons and fast psi types would kil it mostly alakazam and gangar with hypnosis and dream eater(I no its not a psi type but tis fast and has acces to one)

This one cripples and runs away pretty much. Alakazam can 1 hit KO Roserade seldom and Gengar can not 1 hit KO. Paralyzed /Sleeping Alakazam and Gengar are good as dead.
