Halo 3 is really dated, so for the serious gamer, Modern Warfare 2 is the better choice. That said, Halo 3 is much more fun for a non serious player just looking to mess around, especially in custom games because of the level of skill required to play in matchmaking. With Halo Reach around the corner though, things may soon change.

Simple answer, Both! But also, they are both very different play styles and games. Play some of both and make the decision for yourself!

Halo 3. A lot more imaginitive then a fake war shoot em'ups. It's sci fi , you can be super human and alien.All in the same game
