Could someone help me with EV training

please I need help how to EV train any pokemon

a good way to start of is maxin out calciums ect.
get bp from fronteir or trade for a battle item power braclet ect.
then battle a poke that givs effort pts that u want like gastrodon gives 2 hp every battle ect.
and last just level up

if ur really good infect him with pokerus

What pokemon would be for d-fence?

Look it up, there are data bases that tell you certain pokemon give certain stat boosts
