What is the best attack ever? Personally I like shadow ball because it was the first move that could effectively knock out psychic types.

There is no best attack really, but if you want a fairly sure OHKO at the cost of also KO'ing your pokemon I recommend explosion.

Hyperspeed is the best "automatically go first" move, so I like it the best, also you can never leave out endeavor
