i recommend making the togekiss modest, with alot of flinch moves because of serene grace

Togikiss: Shiny Modest Lv.100

Air Slash (flinch)

Water Pulse (confusion)

Aura Sphere (cant miss)

Signal Beam (confusion)

For Togekiss I suggest using this moveset:
Air Slash
Roost
Nasty Plot/ Thunder Wave
Aura Sphere

Depending on whether you want a Haxing Togekiss or a Hard hitting Togekiss switch out either Nasty Plot or Thunder Wave for the other option.

I would suggest Modest nature with an EV Spread of
252 HP
156 Sp Atk
100 Speed / Sp Def (Depending on the use of NP or T Wave)

And the item of choice would be Leftovers.

Also with Gengar I suggest replacing Sludge Bomb and Psychic with Focus Blast and Substitute. Substitute allows Gengar to take hits and Focus Blast allows neutral coverage with Shadow Ball.

k ill do the gengar thing but i got togikiss already decided look at above comment i dont wanna teach focus blast but ill substitute sludge bomb for substitute lol
