this is a hack the only nds event that can be shiny is the vgc09 milotic and its japanese counter part and the pcp. and the shiny eevee thats gonna be given out at the 2010 championships. the only events that can be shiny are the ones given out that way excluding the manaphy egg which can be traded to be shiny. otherwise no event can be shiny unless it is given out that way
