Recruiting Empty Recruiting

As far as I noticed here a lot of new recruits or not so active members here seem to be wondering: How to get PT fast? And seeing we're at the moment looking for more and more recruits but with most of us being too lazy to recruit, we could get a hand and lift the moral of recruiting of everyone here by giving PT's for members recruited. Basicly the same what we're doing at the moment with Jr. Mods but we'd get the help of everyone on the forum. How many PT would be given would be the decision of PokeC / Epsilon ofcourse. I'd appriciate any comments on this suggestion.
